About the Company
The employer is a well-established global property development organisation that is growing its footprint in Singapore.
Role Overview
This position is for a Construction Project Director who will report directly to the Vice President and take ownership of the project delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the project end to end, covering planning, design, construction, and final handover.
- Control project budget, timelines, and resources so that delivery stays aligned with objectives.
- Supervise design activities, purchasing, and contractor output to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and relevant authorities to ensure effective execution.
- Spot project risks early and resolve issues promptly to keep the programme moving.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Hands-on experience delivering at least 2 complete mixed-use projects in the role of Project Director.
- Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
