Role Summary

This position is for an experienced Project Manager with strong healthcare domain knowledge to drive projects across healthcare initiatives and compliance-focused data management work. The role involves leading delivery, operations, and production support engagements, especially those that require careful coordination, timely execution, and strong client communication. The ideal professional will bring a structured project management approach, comfort with KPI tracking, and the ability to operate in a deadline-driven setting while working closely with business, functional, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of configuration projects, from planning and execution through final delivery, including year-over-year maintenance and support activities.
  • Act as the main contact for customers needing production support.
  • Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and coordinate quick resolution.
  • Manage ticket handling processes to ensure fast responses and reduced downtime.
  • Monitor and share support performance indicators such as uptime, resolution turnaround, and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply root cause analysis to uncover patterns and reduce repeat incidents.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, action plans, and status updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups, including business analysts, client delivery, and product teams, to meet project goals.
  • Handle client escalations in production environments and provide clear progress updates.
  • Set, track, and analyze KPIs for production support operations.
  • Look for ways to streamline support workflows and improve system performance.
  • Oversee quality review cycles and related assurance activities.
  • Keep project records, documentation, and leadership reporting accurate and up to date.
  • Guide and encourage project teams while promoting accountability and shared ownership.
  • Support performance reviews and identify training requirements to strengthen team capability.

Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate will have 6 to 10 years of project management experience, ideally with exposure to production support and healthcare compliance. Experience with cloud environments, monitoring tools, incident tracking systems, and automation tools will be useful. The role also calls for strong coordination skills in areas such as onboarding, hiring support, quality reviews, assignment handling, reporting, and overall project control. Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with Azure DevOps are advantageous. Experience with US healthcare or compliance documentation, as well as interest in newer healthcare technologies such as AI or interoperability, would be valuable. Excellent communication and stakeholder handling skills are essential. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is preferred but not required.

Work Location and Schedule

This role is based in Pune and follows a hybrid work model. The selected candidate should be able to overlap with US business hours when needed.
