The Recruiting Coordinator is a full-time hybrid position serving the New York City Metropolitan / Stamford, CT area. It combines the flexibility of working from home with some on-site attendance. The role supports end-to-end recruiting operations and helps ensure a consistent, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

What you'll do
- Publish open roles and support the full hiring workflow from application through offer.
- Review applications and help manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Set up interviews, coordinate schedules, and work with candidates, hiring managers, and outside partners.
- Keep candidate information current in applicant tracking systems and related records.
- Prepare job descriptions and assist with hiring documentation, including offers and onboarding materials.
- Support interview feedback collection and follow up with interviewers as needed.
- Help organize career fairs, recruiting events, and related logistics.
- Work with HR and operations teams to understand hiring needs and improve recruiting workflows.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and help strengthen the company’s recruiting presence.
What we're looking for
- Excellent people skills and the ability to develop professional relationships with candidates, managers, and external contacts.
- Background supporting recruiting activities such as posting jobs, screening applicants, and coordinating several open positions at once.
- A service-oriented approach with strong responsiveness, persistence, and attention to candidate experience.
- Experience assisting with interviews, including scheduling, preparing materials, and collecting structured feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for emails, outreach, job descriptions, and internal updates.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities accurately in a busy environment.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems and standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Previous exposure to recruiting, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support is preferred.
