Remote Entry-Level Client Care Specialist

Role Overview

This position focuses on delivering attentive, long-term client care in a virtual setting. You will work with people who have already asked for information, helping them understand life insurance and related financial protection choices. The role is designed for someone starting out, and complete training along with licensing assistance will be provided.

• Guide clients through the application steps.
• Maintain professional, ongoing relationships with clients.

Compensation

This is a fully commission-based role, so earnings depend on performance. Typical first-sale payouts are around $600 to $800. Active agents may receive a 5% pay increase every 2 to 3 months. There are no sales quotas. The stated compensation figures are averages for active agents.
