Remote UKG Developer

Role Overview

This contract opportunity is for a Remote UKG Developer with experience in Kronos (formerly UKG). The position is associated with Montreal and Mirabel, Quebec, and is fully remote.

Experience Needed

The ideal candidate should bring at least 6 years of hands-on experience with Kronos 8.1, along with a strong background in production support.

Core Responsibilities

The role centers on keeping production systems stable, resolving incidents quickly, and coordinating with different stakeholders to meet strict service targets.

• Work within demanding SLA timelines and support production environments efficiently.
• Manage the full incident resolution lifecycle from detection through closure.
• Use an incident management platform such as ServiceNow to track and resolve issues.
• Communicate clearly with a large user base and other IT teams involved with integrated applications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues promptly to stay within SLA limits.
• Handle multiple issues at once by prioritizing tasks and switching between urgent items as needed.
• Partner with offshore team members to ensure all production problems are resolved on time.

Preferred Background

Experience with a Kronos-to-Dayforce migration would be a strong advantage.
