Role overview
This position is for a retail support professional who can help improve AI systems by testing chatbot responses, checking their reasoning, and identifying issues that affect output quality. The work is focused on evaluating and refining language-model performance.
The role calls for a very strong command of writing, editing, and language use, along with useful research and fact-checking ability.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
- Careful, detail-focused approach to work.
- Excellent grammar, style, and brand-voice judgment.
- A bachelor's degree that is currently underway, completed, or in progress is preferred, but not mandatory.
Payment and contractor details
Payments are issued through PayPal, including any USD currency conversion that may be required. No money will ever be requested from applicants. This is an independent contractor position, and only candidates based in Australia will be considered.
