Role overview

CR Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Admin to support client communication, sales coordination, and onboarding activities. This position is based from home and requires a person who can respond promptly to client needs, keep records organized, and help the team move deals forward smoothly.

What you will do

  • Handle client questions by email or message and route them to the right internal contact when needed.
  • Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, proposals, engagement letters, and service agreements, depending on the situation.
  • Keep sales lead trackers and other related records accurate and up to date.
  • Follow up with prospects and leads for pending documents and next steps.
  • Work with teams such as accounts, compliance, and secretarial to support timely client onboarding.
  • Help create pitch decks, presentation materials, and similar sales support documents.

Working arrangement
