Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating early-stage pipeline through outbound outreach to small businesses across the United States. The role is supported by structured training and coaching, with a clear path toward promotion into an Account Executive role, typically within 6 to 9 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to small businesses across the U.S. using provided leads, including around 130 cold calls.
- Set up product demos for Senior Account Executives and progress toward booking up to 3 demos per day with training and experience.
- Follow up with booked prospects to confirm their attendance at scheduled demos.
- Support top-of-funnel growth through focused cold-calling and lead generation efforts.
- Keep CRM records current by updating activities, opportunities, and account details accurately.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions, call reviews, role-plays, and other development activities with a manager.

Prior cold-calling experience is helpful but not mandatory. Strong organization, the ability to juggle priorities, and a willingness to ask for guidance are important for success in this role.

Additional Notes
- Levitate may use artificial intelligence-assisted tools at one or more stages of the hiring process to screen, assess, or select candidates.
- Compensation includes a CAD 50,000 base salary plus CAD 15,000 bonus potential, for total on-target earnings of CAD 65,000. The bonus component is uncapped.
- This role is being advertised to support ongoing hiring needs and may be filled as either a backfill or a new position depending on business requirements at the time of hiring.
