Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Sales Manager to support a leading provider of enterprise IT solutions and digital transformation services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

What the role involves
- Create and carry out account strategies for downstream oil and gas clients in Saudi Arabia to increase revenue and deepen long-term relationships.
- Use domain knowledge and existing connections with Oil Marketing Companies to uncover, develop, and win new business for digital automation offerings.
- Expand and manage strategic customer accounts by building stronger stakeholder relationships, encouraging adoption of digital products, and delivering a strong client experience.
- Work closely with delivery and technical teams to shape customer solutions, assist with execution, and support smooth implementation.
- Strengthen the visibility of the digital solutions brand in Saudi Arabia, spot new market opportunities, and maintain trust with clients.
- Use Salesforce and related sales platforms to manage pipeline activity, prepare forecasts, track opportunities, and standardize the sales workflow.
- Monitor commercial progress such as payment milestones and keep building product, technical, and industry expertise.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture and help with other business priorities as needed.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or software/technology sales, ideally in downstream oil and gas in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to spot opportunities, build customer trust, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals successfully.
- Native Arabic speaker with strong English speaking, writing, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM platforms, project management tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
- Must be based in Riyadh and open to extensive travel across Saudi Arabia for customer and business development work.
