About the role

This opportunity is for experienced quantitative professionals who want to contribute to the training of AI systems. The work centers on reviewing AI-produced quantitative analysis, tackling technical problems, and sharing feedback that helps improve how these models handle data, modeling, and scientific reasoning. Candidates with backgrounds such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, or other quantitative disciplines are encouraged to apply if they are comfortable working rigorously with data and models. Some people use this as a side role alongside full-time employment, while others make it their main focus.

How the process works

After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that acts as the selection step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be unlocked on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Check AI-generated quantitative work for correctness, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific logic, and data-based conclusions.
• Create and solve quantitative tasks that are used to train and benchmark AI systems across forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
• Produce concise technical write-ups and maintain well-structured analytical code.
• Share feedback that helps improve future AI models focused on quantitative reasoning.

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative job or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area. Basic coding ability is required, along with comfort reviewing and writing analytical code from start to finish. Hands-on familiarity with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experiment design is expected, including areas like A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting. Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level, plus excellent writing skills, is also needed. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred, while a master's degree or PhD is an added advantage. Extra credentials such as a Kaggle ranking, AWS/GCP ML certifications, or comparable proof of expertise are a bonus.

This is an independent contractor arrangement. Payment is handled through PayPal, and no money will ever be requested from applicants. Any currency conversion from USD will be managed by PayPal. Only candidates based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand will be considered.
