Braand School is seeking a Social Media Manager who has a strong grasp of online culture and enjoys building engaging digital content. The ideal person will bring fresh ideas, adapt quickly to trends, and contribute to content that connects with the audience.

What you’ll do

• Develop inventive content concepts that go beyond standard formats.
• Create meme-driven and trend-led posts that feel current and engaging.
• Plan and produce new posts, reels, and campaign ideas regularly.
• Track social media trends, platform shifts, and internet culture to keep content relevant.
• Use AI tools to support and speed up content creation.
• Support training, mentoring, and guidance for students when needed.
• Communicate clearly in writing and conversation to shape content effectively.

What we’re looking for

• A creative thinker who can generate original ideas independently.
• Hands-on experience or comfort with creating content for social platforms.
• Strong awareness of memes, trends, and the evolving digital landscape.
• Good written communication and content drafting skills.
• Willingness to learn, mentor, and contribute to student-focused work.
• Access to a personal laptop is mandatory.
