About the Opportunity

Join a rapidly expanding logistics and import-export business that works across the UAE. The company manages complete supply chain operations for consumer products, industrial machinery, and retail goods. It is looking for a highly organized Storekeeper who can protect inventory accuracy and help keep warehouse activities running smoothly at its facility in the UAE.

Role and Responsibilities

• Accept incoming shipments, check them carefully, and record them in barcode and ERP-based systems while ensuring items are stored in the correct location.
• Carry out routine physical stock verification and match count results against digital records to keep inventory accuracy above 99%.
• Assemble and release materials for outgoing dispatches, prepare labels, and work with logistics staff to ensure shipments leave on time.
• Maintain an orderly warehouse arrangement that makes the best use of space and follows safety requirements such as OSHA and ISO standards.
• Produce daily and weekly inventory reports, and promptly notify management about low-stock items, excess stock, expiry concerns, or damaged products.
• Work alongside procurement and sales teams to estimate demand, set reorder levels, and assist with warehouse automation efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential capabilities: ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Zoho Inventory; barcode scanning and warehouse management tools; stock control and cycle counting; inventory reconciliation; warehouse safety procedures; and strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.

Preferred exposure: Experience using RFID or automated warehouse tools; basic familiarity with UAE customs paperwork for import and export goods; and awareness of ISO 9001 or comparable quality standards.
