About the Role

This position sits within Operations, where the team solves complex business problems at scale with speed, accuracy, and creativity. The goal is to build systems and processes that improve efficiency and support global expansion.

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will help define how the company expands and operates internationally. The role involves high-impact work across the business, using analysis and insight to remove bottlenecks, improve processes, and create better outcomes for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and improving scalable processes to support Revolut’s rapid growth in Singapore
• Partnering with the local Operations team and the London headquarters to create detailed playbooks and product integrations
• Identifying which initiatives should be prioritised and setting a clear strategy and delivery timeline
• Finding new product features that improve the customer journey
• Handling important vendor partnerships and setting up systems to track performance
• Building strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial agreements

What You’ll Need

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting, expansion, a fast-scaling startup, or a similar environment
• A degree in a STEM discipline or another highly quantitative subject
• Evidence of taking ownership and leading complex projects from start to finish
• The ability to simplify complicated problems into manageable parts
• Comfort working with data
• Strong curiosity and a desire to make a meaningful impact
• Genuine interest in the financial services industry

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of SQL
