About the role
This position is built around the company value of being hands-on and involved. As a Team Member Plus, you will not stay in a single department; instead, you’ll move around the resort and support several teams to help create a great guest experience.
Each week brings variety. Mondays and Fridays are focused on cleaning guest accommodation, while the rest of your time may be spent in areas such as sports and activities, restaurants, quick-service food outlets, buffets, bars and shops, or even the fairground. In some cases, you may work across more than one of these areas in the same week.
The role may also suit someone interested in hospitality training, as apprenticeship options are available, including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 programmes. More details can be discussed during recruitment if needed.
About you
The ideal candidate is upbeat, adaptable, and comfortable juggling different tasks. You do not need prior experience; the key qualities are a positive attitude, energy, a willingness to pitch in, and a genuine desire to help guests have a better stay.
You will receive a structured 90-day induction and a buddy to help you settle in. If you want to build a future in hospitality, this role offers strong practical experience in some of the resort’s most guest-facing areas.
Additional qualifications that would be welcomed include FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, and NCPLH personal licence certification.
