TITLE: Technical Recruiter
DESCRIPTION:
Role Overview We are hiring a Bench Recruiter for US IT staffing support. This position is open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience in the US staffing domain. The role focuses on bringing in business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and supporting revenue growth in the US market while working night shift hours from the Kolkata office.
Work Location and Shift This is an on-site role based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Working hours are scheduled for the night shift from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential leads through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales platforms.
- Promote available bench consultants, including H1B, OPT, GC, and USC profiles, to vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
- Review incoming requirements and share appropriate consultant profiles within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with recruiters and consultants regarding availability, interview scheduling, and onboarding steps.
- Use job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn for staffing activity.
- Monitor and maintain records of submissions, interview updates, and placements.
- Build familiarity with US work authorization categories such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
- Build familiarity with US tax arrangements including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Required Profile The ideal candidate should be self-driven, focused on targets, and comfortable working independently. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential, along with the flexibility to work night shifts. Graduation is required.
