Deskripsi pekerjaan
Role Overview
We are looking for a imaginative, user-first UI/UX Designer who can shape smooth, attractive, and easy-to-use digital products for web and mobile. This position blends user experience planning with interface design so that products are not only practical, but also consistent and enjoyable to use.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will interpret user needs and business goals, then turn them into thoughtful design solutions. You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and refined interface mockups, while working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to make sure the final output supports both user expectations and business priorities.
Your work will include researching users, mapping journeys and flows, building wireframes and interactive prototypes, and creating polished UI screens. You will also help shape and uphold design systems, promote cross-product consistency, and make interfaces easier to use through ongoing iteration and feedback.
You will study how users interact with products, spot friction points, and implement design improvements that strengthen the overall experience. The role also calls for participation in design critiques, incorporating feedback, and continuously refining designs for clarity, accessibility, and visual quality.
Additional parts of the job may involve assisting with usability testing, contributing to product strategy discussions, documenting design decisions, working alongside developers during implementation, and keeping up with new tools and trends in the design space.
