Role overview
Paintgun is hiring a UX/UI Designer who is based in Europe to help build and refine a product that supports the way ad creatives are created, reviewed, launched, and improved. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building intuitive experiences and wants their work to have a direct impact on how creative campaigns are managed and optimized.
What you'll do
- Shape and continuously improve the Paintgun platform used for sharing creative assets with customers and gathering their feedback.
- Design smooth user journeys for publishing ad creatives to ad channels and handling approval steps.
- Turn performance metrics into easy-to-read screens that explain how creatives are doing and what is driving those results.
- Work closely with product, creative, and engineering partners to raise the overall clarity and usability of the product.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design, preferably on web-based products.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates user-focused thinking, workflow design, and interface skills.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and current design systems.
- Good grasp of UX fundamentals, interaction design, and how to structure information clearly.
- Ability to combine polished visual design with practical, data-led interfaces.
