Wealth Manager (Full-time / Part-time)

About the Role

AIA Financial Advisers is hiring wealth managers to join one of its established agencies in Singapore. The role offers a base salary of S$3,000 to S$7,000 per month, depending on your background and last drawn pay, together with uncapped commissions and bonuses. The compensation model is designed to support earnings well into retirement.

Successful candidates will be placed with a high-performing agency and will receive structured onboarding, coaching, and ongoing guidance from day one. You will also be given access to multiple cold-market lead platforms so you can focus on growing sales without relying on friends and family, if you prefer not to.

Key Responsibilities

Your main focus will be to assess the financial needs of individual and corporate clients and recommend suitable investment, insurance, or savings solutions. You will also be expected to deliver strong client service, provide sound advisory support, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Training and Career Growth

Support will be provided to help you close your early cases and build momentum in the role. Over time, there are opportunities to specialise in investment, corporate insurance and group employee benefits, or general insurance sales. High performers may progress into senior consultant positions or move into leadership roles, including team or agency management.

Licensing and Exams

Candidates who clear the interview process will need to complete four required examinations — RES5, M9, M9A, and HI — before starting. All examination fees will be paid by the company.

Additional Information

Experienced financial consultants may be considered for a senior title.

Terms and Conditions

Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents only may apply. There is no foreigner quota for this role. Applicants should hold at least a diploma from a locally recognised polytechnic, or an overseas qualification of comparable standard. No prior work experience is necessary. Having RES5, M9, M9A, and HI certifications is considered an advantage.
