About the internship

This in-office internship in Pune is for a digital marketing candidate who will support a mix of brand, content, internal communication, event, and research activities for a global surface-treatment company. The role is designed for someone who can contribute across digital and offline marketing while keeping messaging consistent and audience-focused.

What you will do

• Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
• Help develop brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across communication assets.
• Create content for LinkedIn and similar professional platforms.
• Monitor engagement data and share insights that can help improve reach and performance.
• Assist with website updates and product-related content changes.
• Support internal communications such as newsletters, leadership updates, and announcements.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities, including townhalls and leadership sessions.
• Contribute to smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing customer events, trade shows, and internal events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for event planning, logistics, and communication.
• Support post-event summaries, reporting, and feedback analysis.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer segments.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation material for leadership reviews.

Skills and strengths needed

• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with basic digital marketing and social media tools.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva.
• Analytical thinking and close attention to detail.

• Ability to perform in a fast-moving, cross-functional setup.

Who can apply

This internship is open to candidates who can join full time in office, start between 11 June 2026 and 16 July 2026, commit for 6 months, and are based in Pune. Other requirements

• Preference for candidates currently pursuing or recently finishing a degree or diploma in Communications, Media, Graphic Design, Film, or a related discipline.
• Ability to use video editing tools.
• Understanding of visual storytelling and video-editing basics.
• Good collaboration and interpersonal communication.
• A creative approach with strong attention to detail.
• A portfolio of visual or video work from personal, academic, or freelance projects will be an advantage.

Stipend and work details

The stipend offered is INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month. The internship is full time, onsite, lasts 6 months, and begins immediately. The application deadline is 11 July 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.
