About the internship

This internship is for a hands-on digital marketing role at an education-focused organization that supports students preparing for PUC, NEET, and JEE. The position involves creating engaging visual and written content, supporting lead generation, handling basic social media interactions, and helping maintain a strong online presence for courses and campus activities.

What you will do

• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for lecture videos and exam-focused sessions.
• Create Instagram carousel posts that highlight student achievements, study tips, and quick revision sheets.
• Prepare brochures, enquiry forms, and digital flyers using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Write social media captions and promotional copy aimed at students and parents.
• Support the production of short videos for Shorts and Reels covering faculty introductions, crash course updates, and campus highlights.
• Follow brand guidelines consistently across all student-facing communication.
• Help build and track digital enquiry forms to capture leads for crash courses and long-term programs.
• Reply to basic questions received on social platforms and route serious leads to the counselling or front-office team.
• Update Google Merchant Center and Google Business Profile details, including business information and customer reviews, to strengthen local discoverability.
• Track reach, engagement, and enquiry metrics in daily and weekly reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Work with administrative and faculty teams to keep announcements, timetables, and schedules accurate in external marketing material.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore for 3 months and can begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26. Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in digital media. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also welcome.

Ideal candidate profile

• Students or recent graduates from Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related stream.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio or clear interest in digital content and marketing.
• Freshers may apply.
• Experience managing a personal creator account, college club social media, or a previous internship will be an advantage.

Additional information

The compensation structure includes a fixed monthly component of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000, along with an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month.
