About the internship
This internship is for a hands-on paid media role focused on running and improving advertising campaigns across major digital platforms. You will support real client work, learn growth marketing in practice, and contribute to campaigns that aim to generate clicks, leads, and overall business growth.
What you’ll do
- Build and publish ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Create campaign visuals, develop creatives, define audiences, and handle budget allocation.
- Use paid advertising to increase traffic, leads, and business outcomes.
- Design engaging ad assets and campaign materials that attract attention.
- Track campaign performance, study results, and make improvements where needed.
- Experiment with new audiences, concepts, and ad formats to lift performance.
- Contribute to live client assignments while developing practical growth marketing skills.
Who can apply
This role is open only to applicants who can work full time from the office, are available for a 6-month internship, can begin between 9 June 2026 and 14 July 2026, are based in Mumbai, and bring relevant skills and interest in the field.

Additional information
The internship includes a fixed stipend component of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, along with an incentive component of ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
