Content and Social Media Marketing Intern

About the role

This internship is with a content creator, podcaster, and digital storyteller who produces lifestyle-led work across Instagram and YouTube. The content focuses on everyday experiences, personal development, parenting, fitness, and contemporary living, alongside podcast conversations that explore practical topics affecting daily life.

The objective of the role is to support the planning, publishing, and promotion of social and podcast content so that it remains relevant, engaging, and useful to the community.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts and videos for Instagram and YouTube.
• Keep the content calendar organized and ensure publishing timelines are followed.
• Draft simple captions and upload write-ups or descriptions for content.
• Look up suitable guests and possible themes for podcast episodes.
• Reach out to potential guests through email, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
• Manage guest communication and help organize recording slots.
• Support the rollout and promotion of podcast episodes after release.
• Monitor content results and engagement to understand what is performing well.

Eligibility

Applicants must be able to work full-time from the office in Mumbai and be available to begin between 7 June 2026 and 26 July 2026. The internship runs for 6 months. Candidates should be based in Mumbai and have relevant interest or skills in content and social media marketing. Women looking to begin again or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Perks and conditions

This internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 per month. Additional benefits include a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a 5-day work week, and an informal dress code.
