About the internship
This part-time remote internship is for a medical research associate who will support field-based data gathering across healthcare facilities. Key responsibilities
The selected intern will be expected to carry out on-site verification and documentation of equipment such as CT scanners, MRI machines, and Cath Lab systems. The work involves speaking with hospital personnel, recording findings in a standardized format, and maintaining accuracy while updating records in Excel.
- Visit assigned hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare facilities to gather equipment-related information.
- Confirm the presence of machines such as CT scanners, MRI units, and Cath Lab equipment through direct visits.
- Record details including installation month and year, manufacturer, model number, and machine strength wherever available.
- Coordinate with radiologists, technicians, reception staff, and administrators to collect the required information.
- Enter and maintain data using predefined templates and Excel sheets.
- Follow research procedures, data quality norms, and privacy standards during fieldwork.
- Share regular progress updates and complete assigned visits within the required timeline.

Stipend and incentive structure
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 14,000 to 27,000. The pay is structured as fixed compensation of INR 10,000 to 20,000 per month plus incentive pay of INR 4,000 to 7,000 per month.

Interns may receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a possible job offer. On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is INR 420,000 to 500,000.
