About the Internship
Pan India Group is hiring a Telecalling intern for an in-office role in Alwar. This opportunity is suited to candidates who are confident communicators, comfortable handling calls, and able to work with MS Excel for lead tracking and database updates. The role offers practical exposure in a busy environment while supporting client outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain the company’s products and services.
- Answer incoming customer calls and resolve questions or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain lead records and keep the database updated regularly in MS Excel.
- Follow up with clients over phone and email to support satisfaction and conversions.
- Work alongside the sales team to help generate leads and contribute to target achievement.
- Share customer insights and market observations with management.
- Handle additional telecalling-related and basic administrative tasks as needed.
Who Can Apply
This internship is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, on-site internship, start between 8 Jun 2026 and 13 Jul 2026, and remain available for a 6-month period.
