Role Overview
The company is looking for an experienced, client-oriented Account Manager to oversee assigned accounts, strengthen relationships, and contribute to revenue and retention goals. In this position, you will serve as the key contact for clients, work to maintain high satisfaction levels, and spot opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships across a portfolio of assigned client accounts.
- Act as the central contact point connecting clients with internal teams.
- Learn each client’s objectives, pain points, and expectations to recommend practical solutions.
- Create account plans that support retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Look for opportunities to increase account value through upselling, cross-selling, and broader services.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and support functions to deliver work smoothly.
- Track account health, customer feedback, and service performance indicators.
- Compile account summaries, business review material, and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Address client issues promptly and follow through until they are resolved.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, sales, or comparable roles.
- Proven background handling customer relationships and business accounts.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Good problem-solving ability and a service-focused mindset.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and accounts.
- Capacity to understand client needs and shape solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Confident presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
