Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Doha is responsible for managing a set of customer accounts and acting as the main contact for those clients. The Account Manager will work to maintain strong satisfaction levels, support retention, and ensure smooth coordination across internal teams. The role combines client communication, proposal and quotation preparation, delivery follow-up, contract monitoring, issue resolution, and account growth efforts.
Key Duties
- Handle regular communication with assigned clients and respond to their day-to-day requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and related commercial documentation.
- Coordinate the delivery of products and services with the appropriate internal teams.
- Monitor account and contract performance, and act quickly when problems arise.
- Identify opportunities to expand business through additional equipment or service offerings.
- Support sales planning and help maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Keep accurate records in CRM or similar systems.
- Work with operations, finance, and service teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in account management, customer success, or another client-facing position, preferably in healthcare, medical equipment, or a similar service environment.
- Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and manage stakeholders over the long term.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
- Good planning, organization, and time management skills, with careful attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Able to work with sales, logistics, service, and finance teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and capable of spotting both risks and growth opportunities within accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Exposure to medical equipment, care equipment, technical products, or service contracts is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Doha and travel to client sites when needed.
