Role overview
FastInfo is hiring a performance-focused Ads Manager for its Kolkata office. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience running paid campaigns and improving outcomes across digital channels.
Work location and schedule
This position is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The role follows a 6-day work week, with alternating Saturdays off and Sundays fixed as weekly off days.
Experience needed
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing paid advertising campaigns is required.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and continuously improve paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
- Focus on generating qualified leads and lifting overall campaign results.
- Track and evaluate key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Oversee audience segmentation, campaign budgets, and A/B testing activities.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to support campaign execution.
- Compile performance summaries, insights, and reporting for campaigns.
Skills and requirements
Candidates should be comfortable working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. A strong grasp of lead generation and performance marketing is important, along with solid analytical and communication abilities. The person should also be able to handle several campaigns at the same time.
