Role overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Appointment Setter. The position focuses on reaching out to prospective clients by phone, arranging meetings, keeping accurate notes of client conversations, and making sure the booking process runs smoothly.
Key duties
- Contact potential customers and arrange appointments over the phone.
- Track client interactions carefully and keep records up to date.
- Follow up with leads and help move them through the scheduling process.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business targets.
Required background
- Good ability in appointment setting, scheduling, and lead generation.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort using CRM systems or scheduling tools.
- Able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; additional education is beneficial.
Compensation
The role offers a basic salary of 7,500 Rand per month.
