Role Summary
This full-time Assistant Manager position is based in Dubai and follows a hybrid work setup, allowing work-from-home flexibility on designated days. The role supports everyday operations, helps coordinate team efforts, and contributes to the execution of business plans and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will track core performance indicators, build reports and presentations, and support risk and compliance activities. The position also involves working with different teams, assisting with client-related tasks, and making sure internal processes remain efficient, structured, and well documented. In addition, the role will contribute to process enhancements, assist in planning and delivering initiatives, and help maintain smooth communication between management and team members.
Qualifications
