Role Summary

The Assistant Operations Manager will support the smooth running of the Riyadh outlet on a full-time, on-site basis. The position involves monitoring daily activities, supporting team productivity, safeguarding service standards, handling customer issues, and working closely with the management group to meet operational targets. The role also includes scheduling support, policy compliance, and continuous efforts to improve efficiency across the workplace.

Key Duties

• Supervise the store’s day-to-day operations and help ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Support and review team performance to maintain strong service delivery.
• Help organize staff schedules and coordinate manpower needs.
• Respond to customer concerns and work toward timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain quality standards across service, operations, and customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and guide day-to-day operations.
