Role Summary
The Assistant Operations Manager will support the smooth running of the Riyadh outlet on a full-time, on-site basis. The position involves monitoring daily activities, supporting team productivity, safeguarding service standards, handling customer issues, and working closely with the management group to meet operational targets. The role also includes scheduling support, policy compliance, and continuous efforts to improve efficiency across the workplace.
Key Duties
- Supervise the store’s day-to-day operations and help ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Support and review team performance to maintain strong service delivery.
- Help organize staff schedules and coordinate manpower needs.
- Respond to customer concerns and work toward timely, satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain quality standards across service, operations, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with management on operational goals and improvement initiatives.
- Assist in applying company policies and procedures consistently.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase productivity and workplace effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and guide day-to-day operations.
- Strong planning, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Background in customer service with a practical approach to solving problems and protecting satisfaction.
- Working understanding of inventory control, process improvement, and quality assurance methods.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities for working with staff and customers.
- Experience in food and beverage operations or a comparable environment is an advantage.
- Comfort using operational systems and tools to manage daily tasks efficiently.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
