Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Project Manager position in Atlanta, GA. The role supports project planning, coordination, and execution so that work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company quality expectations. The position involves moving materials and tasks forward, coordinating logistics, performing inspections, and assisting with day-to-day project management activities. Success in the role depends on clear communication, teamwork across multiple stakeholders, and careful project recordkeeping.

Key Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate expediting work and logistics so project activities continue without delays.
• Solid understanding of project management practices, including planning, organizing, and overseeing construction tasks.
• Experience performing detailed inspections to support quality and safety compliance.
• Capability to handle expeditor-related duties and keep project coordination on track.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good organizational ability.
• Comfort using project management software and related tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction methods, codes, and safety rules is an advantage.
• Previous work experience or a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is beneficial.
