What you'll do
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead, motivate, and support the team.
- Take an active, hands-on role across grill and floor operations to keep service running smoothly.
- Maintain consistently high standards so guests enjoy an excellent dining experience.
- Help the restaurant meet performance targets and celebrate team achievements.
- Coach team members so they can build confidence and improve across different stations.
- Oversee safety, quality, and daily operational standards with care and attention.
