About the Role
Stradivarius is hiring an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for a new store opening in Essen at Limbecker Platz. This is a permanent full-time position.
What You’ll Do
In this position, you turn business strategy into practical store results every day. You connect people, operational performance, and processes to keep the store running at its best.
You lead teams, support employee development, and help ensure that commercial targets are actively reflected in day-to-day store work. Together with the Store Manager, you set priorities, make decisions, and push the store forward across team dynamics, customer experience, and business numbers.
What the Role Involves
You keep an eye on sales, service quality, and team morale at the same time. Your influence is visible in the team, on the sales floor, and in the store's results.
