About the Role

Pandora is looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager for its Riccarton store in Christchurch. This is a hands-on retail leadership role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of store operations, lifting team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this position, you will act as a key representative of the brand and support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, helping ensure strong trading performance and smooth operational delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Support, coach, and motivate the store team alongside the Store Manager to help the store meet its targets while setting the standard for excellent customer service.
  • Oversee key retail operations including stock management, store processes, team scheduling, security, sales-floor organisation, and tracking team sales results.
  • Take responsibility for the store’s smooth trading and operational performance when the Store Manager is not present.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, guide team activity across the store, and help drive sales performance through effective floor leadership.
  • Complete training on Pandora’s jewellery range and become highly knowledgeable about the products.
  • Develop, support, and encourage store team members so they can grow their skills and reach their full potential.
