Role Overview

This position is for an Associate Business Analyst in Bengaluru East, Karnataka. The role centers on supporting production network environments and resolving incidents with a strong mix of technical depth, communication, and ownership.

Core Technology Areas

Aruba Wireless platforms, including controllers, Instant AP, and Aruba Central
Aruba ClearPass, covering NAC, AAA, and 802.1X authentication
Aruba switching across AOS-S and AOS-CX environments
Routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
High-availability methods including VSX and VRRP
Packet capture review for both wired and wireless traffic
Strong understanding of Wi-Fi RF principles and troubleshooting

Preferred Technologies

Exposure to firewall platforms such as Palo Alto and Fortinet
Working knowledge of SD-WAN and SASE solutions
Familiarity with Zscaler
