Organization Overview

TG Therapeutics is a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company at the commercial stage, focused on discovering, developing, and bringing to market new therapies for B-cell related diseases. The company’s pipeline includes multiple investigational medicines, and it has already secured FDA approval in the US and European Commission approval for BRIUMVI (ublituximab-xiiy).

Role Summary

TG Therapeutics is looking for a driven, collaborative Associate Director to help plan and deliver patient support services for an upcoming launch of a subcutaneous therapy in multiple sclerosis. This position will be central to building patient-focused programs that improve access, support adherence, and strengthen the overall patient experience.

The ideal professional will have practical experience in patient support services in biopharma and will have contributed to launch preparation, ideally in MS or another specialty therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategy, design, and rollout of patient support initiatives ahead of the subcutaneous launch.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Market Access, Legal, and Compliance teams to build programs that are coordinated and compliant.
  • Help create patient-centered solutions that improve access, affordability, onboarding, adherence, and persistence.
  • Support the setup and day-to-day execution of program elements such as hub services, specialty pharmacy coordination, and field reimbursement support.
  • Track program performance through relevant metrics and use the results to help improve effectiveness and patient outcomes.
  • Make sure all activities follow applicable laws, company policies, and industry requirements.
  • Assist in preparing field training content related to patient services and reimbursement topics.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to guide ongoing program enhancements.

Qualifications

  • At least 5–7+ years of biopharma experience, specifically in patient support, access, or reimbursement functions.
  • Proven involvement in product launch support, preferably in multiple sclerosis or neurology.
  • Solid understanding of the MS treatment environment, patient journey, and access barriers.
  • Experience with patient support models, including hub services and specialty pharmacy distribution.
  • Working knowledge of reimbursement, payer relationships, and affordability support programs.
  • Strong project management ability with comfort handling several priorities at once.
  • Prior experience managing outside vendors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A strong commitment to compliance and patient-first program design.
  • Preferred: experience with subcutaneous or self-administered treatments.
  • Preferred: exposure to early launch planning, including work performed 2+ years before launch.
  • Preferred: familiarity with digital tools that support patient engagement and adherence.

Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this role.
