It aims to provide an environment where people can learn, grow, and build lasting careers.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with colleagues across the global Investment Banking Division to support day-to-day operations, internal management activities, and client coverage work.Keep internal databases current for senior leaders and deal teams.Collect and organize financial and operating data on companies, sectors, and governments to assess performance and support client discussions.Prepare presentations and memoranda for senior stakeholders across the firm.Develop and distribute standardized exhibits and financial reports.Assist with financial analysis, modeling, and the preparation of pitchbooks.Handle additional administrative tasks that help support deal execution and analytical work.Review business needs to spot opportunities for automation and process improvement.Training and GrowthSupport professionals receive structured on-site training that builds capability in financial analysis, presentation creation, and practical business skills.
