Associate Recruiter

Role overview

This is an hourly contract role for an Associate Recruiter. The position is fully remote and is expected to run for about 10 to 40 hours each week. Compensation is set at $15 to $20 per hour.

What you'll do

• Handle recruiting work end to end, including sourcing candidates and supporting onboarding coordination.
• Find and connect with suitable candidates using sourcing approaches and market research.
• Juggle several hiring tasks or projects at the same time while keeping work accurate and efficient.
• Keep candidates and internal teams updated clearly and professionally during the hiring process.
• Update candidate information and recruitment records accurately in applicant tracking systems.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to create a positive candidate journey.
• Keep improving your knowledge of hiring practices and help refine recruiting processes.

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar people-facing role.
• Good organizational ability and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, logic, and problem-solving ability.
• Comfort with handling multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Experience working remotely with digital collaboration and recruiting tools.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset and a willingness to learn in a team environment.
