About the Role

Robin's Donuts is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Lethbridge, Newfoundland and Labrador. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, ensuring quality standards, and potentially supervising staff. Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
• Create icings and frostings according to established recipes or specific customer requests.
• Bake prepared doughs and batters to perfection.
• Fulfill special customer orders with precision and care.
• Oversee the work of baking personnel and other kitchen staff.
• Decorate cakes and other baked items with artistic flair.
• Ensure all products meet the company's high-quality standards.
• Conduct inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Operate various baking machinery and equipment.

Requirements

• A secondary school graduation certificate is required.
• Previous baking experience is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in English is necessary for communication and following instructions.
