BIM Modeller (M&E)

Role Overview

Oneness Holdings is hiring a BIM Modeller focused on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services for Singapore-based construction projects. The role covers New Build as well as Addition & Alteration (A&A) works, with responsibility for producing accurate BIM deliverables and supporting project coordination across disciplines.

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain BIM models for M&E systems for New Build and A&A projects.
• Develop precise 3D models, shop drawings, and construction drawings in Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural, and other trade disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Take part in BIM coordination discussions with main contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Revise models based on design changes, RFIs, and site-related requirements.
• Work with project engineers and site personnel to ensure drawings match actual site conditions.
• Support document and drawing submissions to main contractors and consultants.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a closely related field.
• At least 1 to 3 years of BIM modelling experience within Singapore’s construction sector.
• Practical exposure to M&E work on New Build or A&A projects.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Working knowledge of Singapore construction standards and M&E systems.
• Strong accuracy, coordination ability, and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and deliver within project timelines.
