Descrizione del lavoro
Overview
This contract role supports brand media campaign production for Expedia and Hotels.com. The position is remote and based in the United States, with an immediate start and a six-month engagement. It is a W2 work arrangement.
The Production Assistant will work within Integrated Production to help move campaign assets through the pre-trafficking stage. The focus is on making sure deliverables, documentation, and creative files are fully prepared, organized, and ready for handoff to Media teams.
You will collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Creative agencies, Media, and Traffic Management to keep assets accurate, accessible, and ready for launch across different brands, regions, and channels. The work suits someone who is highly detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable in a fast-moving campaign environment.
Key responsibilities
- Help carry out quality checks for asset readiness so that spec sheets are complete, correct, and approved by Integrated Marketing teams before media handoff.
- Check creative assets against placement rules, including file type, aspect ratio, resolution, run time, export settings, captions, audio, end cards, calls to action, legal copy, and localization accuracy.
- Support campaign launch readiness by coordinating YouTube uploads along with the required metadata, copy, tagging, and supporting documentation.
- Keep assets well organized across eDAM and related systems by following naming rules, metadata standards, and folder structures that improve trafficking accuracy, searchability, and tracking.
- Track versions across master files, cutdowns, resized assets, and localized variants, while making sure the correct supporting copy and documentation are attached to the right creative versions and market needs.
- Help improve campaign delivery processes by supporting standardized ways of working, adopting new tools and automation capabilities such as ActualizeIt, and spotting opportunities to make workflows more efficient and consistent.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to resolve issues quickly and keep campaign work moving on schedule.
Required experience and qualifications
- Background in creative operations, production support, project coordination, or campaign delivery workflows.
- Very strong organization and a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience using asset management systems, workflow tools, or project management platforms.
- Ability to juggle several campaigns, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
- Comfort working across creative, marketing, production, and media functions.
- Prior exposure to digital campaigns and creative asset delivery is preferred.
- Familiarity with eDAM, Smartsheet, ActualizeIT, or similar tools is an advantage.
Why this role is important
This position provides the operational support needed to scale brand media campaigns smoothly. By managing asset readiness, documentation, and delivery governance, the role helps reduce manual workload for Integrated Marketing teams, improves quality and consistency, and ensures assets arrive to Media teams correctly and on time.
As automation tools and workflows continue to develop, this role will also help support the shift from manual processes to a more scalable, technology-enabled operating model.
