Role overview

Ignite is supporting a fast-scaling UK challenger brand as it looks to appoint a Brand & Creative Lead in central London. Following a strong period of growth, the business wants someone who can define the next stage of its brand evolution and elevate how it shows up across every channel.

In this position, you will work directly with the founders and guide the brand’s creative direction across branding, packaging, campaigns, social and digital. You will also help steer and inspire an ambitious in-house Creative & Design team, contributing to the continued growth of one of the UK’s most dynamic consumer brands.

What you will do

  • Set and protect the overall creative vision so the brand consistently feels polished, distinctive and premium across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage and grow the internal design team, encouraging high standards and strong creative output.
  • Oversee creative work spanning branding, packaging, campaigns, social content, paid media, retail and digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with the founders and marketing team to turn ambitious ideas into effective creative work.
  • Take projects from early concept through to final delivery, coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside agencies where needed.
  • Monitor trends in design, social platforms and culture to keep the brand current and competitive in its category.

Required experience and skills

  • At least 7 years of experience in brand, creative or design-focused roles, ideally within a high-growth consumer business.
  • A track record of leading creative teams and producing standout brand assets and campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates work across branding, digital, campaigns and packaging.
  • Advanced capability in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, plus confidence using AI tools to support creativity and efficiency.
  • Experience working closely with founders in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exposure to building brands that connect with Gen Z and Millennial audiences is a strong advantage.
