This is a senior, hands-on brand design position for a candidate based in Australia. The role sits within a compact, specialist brand function that works closely with marketing and other teams across the business. Key accountabilities

  • Create motion-based assets such as brand animations, product narratives, and event visuals.
  • Develop and upkeep scalable brand frameworks, templates, and self-service design resources that can be used across the organization.
  • Support AI-assisted creative workflows that improve the speed, scale, and distribution of design output.
  • Review brand usage across channels and strengthen consistency through better systems, guidelines, and tooling.
  • Work early with Marketing, Sales, and Product to help define creative direction from brief stage through delivery.
  • Assess how design work performs and refine it based on feedback, insights, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in brand design, backed by a portfolio that shows breadth, craft, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong command of typography, layout, color, and composition; motion capability is an advantage if it is a main focus.
  • Background in agency work, paired with the ability and interest to own projects end to end in a product or in-house setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to create motion design, brand animation, or product storytelling assets.
  • Comfort working with no-code or low-code tools for web and marketing design use cases.
  • Experience creating design systems, templates, or enablement assets intended for use by non-designers.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools in creative workflows, including an understanding of where they help and where they fall short.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive work independently from concept to completion.
  • Bonus: exposure to AI build tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, or Figma Make, plus front-end or web production workflows.
