Role Overview
Accenture is seeking a proactive Business Analyst with Salesforce experience. The role involves reviewing and improving business processes, partnering with stakeholders to capture and document requirements, and working alongside cross-functional teams to support solution delivery. You will help uncover opportunities for system enhancements and efficiency gains while turning technical detail into practical business outcomes. Strong analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in this fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to uncover needs, clarify objectives, and convert business expectations into technical requirements.
- Partner with design, build, and testing teams to make sure solutions are implemented successfully and align with business goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of the solution and the underlying business processes so you can challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and improve requirements coverage.
- Work with technical designers and delivery teams to assess feasibility and identify the most suitable implementation approach.
- Use BPMN to map, evaluate, and refine business workflows, highlighting inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate structured workshops, including preparation, execution, and follow-up, to support stakeholder engagement and solution validation.
- Maintain and manage requirements in Azure DevOps or a similar platform across the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding throughout delivery.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, with Experience Cloud considered an advantage.
- Ability to model business processes using BPMN.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Confidence in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical detail into business language.
Additional Requirements
This is a secure role, so applicants must be Australian citizens with an active security clearance, or be eligible to obtain one. The position supports managed services, covering client IT applications and infrastructure, so flexibility is important. You may be required to work in shifts, be on call for incidents, and support after-hours deployments when needed. The successful candidate must also be willing to work from the Accenture or client office three days per week, with two days working from home.
