Role overview

The Business Development Associate will work on generating new business, managing sales conversations, and converting prospects into clients for the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

  • Find new business opportunities using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Manage both incoming and outgoing sales calls and clearly present the company’s services to potential customers.
  • Assess client needs and suggest the most suitable business, legal, and compliance solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both prospective and current clients.
  • Follow up on leads and work toward closing deals within set timelines.
  • Draft proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
