Business Development Manager

Role Overview

This role focuses on spotting growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and evaluating potential business deals to support the company’s expansion objectives. The position is based in the United Arab Emirates and is a full-time, on-site opportunity with Abeygunawardene Associates (Pvt) Ltd.

Key Duties

• Research industry developments, related events, publications, and key individuals to uncover emerging business opportunities and idea trends.
• Identify possible partnerships and commercial deals by reaching out to prospects and exploring new avenues for collaboration.
• Assess business opportunities by reviewing market approaches, deal criteria, financial details, and overall potential, while balancing internal priorities and making recommendations on equity investment possibilities.
• Shape negotiation plans and positioning by examining how a new venture aligns with company strategy, weighing risks and opportunities, and understanding partner goals and requirements.
