About the Role

Join Deliveroo’s commercial team and help shape how the business grows across restaurants, grocery, and emerging categories. This team works at the heart of the marketplace, building partnerships, creating new revenue opportunities, and using market insights to support growth. The role is based with the Bristol & South West team, focused on bringing strong restaurant partners on board across Swansea, South West England, and Wales.

What You’ll Do

You will be part of the Regional UK & Ireland team and report to the Regional Manager. The job is field-based, with a strong emphasis on being out in the market, representing Deliveroo directly to restaurant owners and local businesses.

  • Identify, approach, present to, and secure new restaurant partnerships within your territory.
  • Reach out to restaurant owners through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communication channels.
  • Manage the full partner onboarding journey so new merchants can launch efficiently.
  • Support each new partner through the first eight weeks on the platform to help drive early success.
  • Stay close to the local food scene by attending relevant meet-ups and exploring potential partner venues.
