What you'll do
- Create high-quality sales opportunities for Business Development Managers within a defined group of target accounts through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Move leads through the early stages of the sales cycle with clear guidance and follow-up.
- Set up outbound meetings using a mix of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and video prospecting.
- Research the market to uncover new customer prospects and account opportunities.
- Find inventive ways to connect with and engage the ideal customer profile.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a BDR or SDR position, with a strong history of achieving and surpassing targets.
- Strong ability to prospect and assess new opportunities effectively.
- A thoughtful, strategic, consultative, and data-informed approach to the work.
- Excellent people skills and a natural ability to communicate, influence, and persuade.
- Prior success selling into the Australian market, especially to enterprise customers.
- Experience with complex technical sales; payments experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- High motivation and energy, with the desire to grow alongside a rapidly scaling company.
