Role Overview

The Butler team member represents the signature luxury service of St. Regis, delivering attentive and highly personalized guest experiences. Acting as a key ambassador of the brand, this role focuses on creating memorable stays through proactive service, refined communication, and thoughtful support before arrival, during check-in, throughout the stay, and at departure.

The position works closely with other hotel departments to make sure guest needs are handled smoothly and to coordinate Butler Valet support when required. Building strong guest relationships, noticing needs in advance, and responding promptly are central parts of the job.

Key Duties

• Deliver tailored guest service across all stages of the stay, from pre-arrival to check-out.
• Coordinate with Butler Valets and other operational teams to support guest requests efficiently.
• Confirm that supporting departments are prepared to meet Butler service standards.
• Develop rapport with guests and take initiative to anticipate and fulfill needs whenever possible.
• Maintain professional conduct, appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Help create a safe working environment and follow all workplace procedures.
• Carry out physical service duties that involve standing, walking, sitting for long periods, and handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

This role calls for a strong service mindset, polished interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver consistent luxury hospitality. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. At least 6 months of related work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is required.
