Role Summary

The company is looking for a driven Community & Events Manager to own the full end-to-end process for event planning and delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Create and refine event concepts, including themes, décor ideas, and supporting non-candy items.
• Work with vendors and partners to make sure materials are high-quality and aligned with the brand.
• Handle event logistics such as cart setup, delivery coordination, and staffing.
• Manage on-site event operations to deliver smooth execution and keep clients satisfied.
• Act as the main contact for event clients from first inquiry through final completion.
• Advise clients on event styling, candy assortment choices, and any custom requests.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a similar discipline is required.

The role calls for 2 to 3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management; experience in retail or hospitality is an advantage.

Strong planning ability, solid organization, and careful attention to detail are essential.

You should also bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills, the ability to manage several priorities in a busy environment, and a creative mindset focused on memorable customer experiences.
